Paid from day one
You start on a four week paid trial at $32 an hour while you train. Pass it and you move onto a $65,000 base plus superannuation with commission on top.
Hiring door knockers across Australia
Even the ones that say not today. Our sales team calls them that afternoon. You are paid from your first shift, on a $65,000 base once you're through the trial.
Takes about three minutes. If you are eligible, we will call you within 24 hours.
Before anything else
Nobody sees this but you. It takes about twenty seconds.
The offer
Most door to door roles in this country are commission only. This one starts with an hourly rate, moves onto a salary, and sends you out with a whole system behind you.
You start on a four week paid trial at $32 an hour while you train. Pass it and you move onto a $65,000 base plus superannuation with commission on top.
Uncapped and paid on top of the base. A Sales Agent is on target for $90,000 to $110,000. An Executive Manager is on target for $220,000 to $250,000.*
Areas are mapped before the team walks them, so your day goes on the streets most likely to say yes. Nobody hands you a postcode and wishes you luck.
A scan at the door means the people who say not today still hear from us. Our sales team calls them that afternoon with the same story you told. Your conversation keeps working after you leave.
Live coaching and real field days. You knock beside someone who is already good at this before you knock alone. No experience needed.
Trainee to Sales Agent to Leader to Team Leader to Team Manager to Executive Manager. You can see what each one pays further down this page.
How it works
You are the person at the door. The system around you makes sure that conversation is not wasted.
Each area is chosen before the team walks it. People may have already seen the campaign online.
You have the real conversation, face to face. A quick scan at the door captures anyone who is not ready yet.
Our sales team calls the same person that afternoon. A follow-up sequence keeps the conversation going.
Picture it properly
This is not a promise. It is the road the role is built around. How fast you move along it is decided by your results.
The trial starts at $32 an hour. You learn the campaign and the compliance, then knock beside someone who is already good at this.
Trial passed. You move onto the $65,000 base plus super with commission on top. Your own numbers are on the board.
Consistency instead of spikes. Commission is a real number sitting on top of the base. New starters ask how you do it.
You train the person who was you in week one and earn overrides on what they produce. That adds $10,000 to $20,000.
Team Leader, then Team Manager and the $25,000 bonus that comes with it.
The path
What each stage earns on target. How fast you move through them is decided by your results and nothing else.
A four week paid trial. You learn the campaign, the pitch and the compliance in the field beside a working team.
You are on the team. A $65,000 base salary plus superannuation, with uncapped commission paid on top.
Everything a Sales Agent earns, plus overrides on what the people you train produce. That adds $10,000 to $20,000 or more.
Three people on your team including yourself and one Leader. More overrides across more production.
Five people including two Leaders. A $25,000 bonus paid at $500 a week, on top of your overrides.
Ten or more people including four Leaders. A bonus on top of overrides across the entire team.
On-target earnings are not a guarantee and a lot of it is performance.
Before you apply
We would rather you ruled yourself out here than three weeks in.
